Winter has arrived

I am pretty sure fall is over and winter has arrived. It has been quite cold, and it snowed a couple of times. Looking in the forecast it does seem like we might get one day with a high above freezing, but for the most part the highs are below freezing for the foreseeable future.

So yesterday we went to the sledding hill. I didn’t sled because it is not considered a safe pregnancy activity, but I took pictures while Jeff and Maren did a few runs.

There was hardly anyone else there – just two other families — and really just barely enough snow. But Maren loved it, and is happy that sledding season has arrived. I think she is definitely a born Canadian, and seems to love winter more than I would expect :-)
